Join us for a hands-on demo on knife safety, maintenance, and basic cuts with instructor Allison Wolf! We will learn basic cuts (dice, julienne, mince, etc.) and make a quick stir-fry with what we’ve prepared. You will leave with informational material to practice at home and enjoy a light dinner.

This class is hands-on, so please wear close-toed shoes and tie long hair back!
