Join us for a classic steak dinner with pan-fried potatoes and sesaonal vegetables! Learn basic knife skills, kitchen safety, and how to make a delicious meal with fresh ingredients! Dinner will be provided.

This class is free and open to all participants. Students under 18 require a signed waiver by parent/legal guardian. Sign up through the Salina Public Library website.
