It’s summertime in the Prairieland Market kitchen! Join us for this demonstrative class as we make a refreshing and healthy Vietnamese Noodle Salad with marinated chicken, rice noodles, fresh vegetables and herbs. Learn basic knife skills, kitchen safety, and how to make a delicious meal with fresh ingredients! Dinner will be provided.

This class is free and open to all participants. Students under 18 require a signed waiver by parent/legal guardian. Sign up through the Salina Public Library website. This workshop will be held in the kitchen at The Temple, 336 S Santa Fe Av.
