Take a trip to Morocco with us at Prairieland Market! Join us for this demonstrative class as we make Moroccan meatballs in a spiced tomato sauce with couscous and cucumber salad. Learn basic knife skills, kitchen safety, and how to make a delicious meal with fresh ingredients! Dinner will be provided.

This class is free and open to all participants. Students under 18 require a signed waiver by parent/legal guardian. Sign up through the Salina Public Library website.
